GENERAL CONDITIONS BED & BREAKFAST 'Domaine Le Marouby' (with the websites www.domainelemarouby.com /.nl /.fr and www.leomoakestates.com and owned by SARL Lemon Oak 2 in Bonnefond France).

Bed & Breakfast “Domaine Le Marouby” applies the general terms and conditions below. These apply from the moment of reservation up to and including the stay in our B&B.

1. General

1. General Terms and Conditions apply to all users of Bed & Breakfast “Domaine Le Marouby”, 3 and 5 Le Marouby, 19170 Bonnefond (France).

2. These General Terms and Conditions come into effect upon entering into a rental agreement - booking.

3. These General Terms and Conditions are on the website and can be sent by email upon request.

4. Tenants must have a permanent place of residence.

5. The owner is not liable for damage, loss or theft of users' property. In the event of disputes, all (legal) costs are borne by the users.

6. All risks related to a stay at Bed & Breakfast “Domaine Le Marouby” are borne by the users.

7. Damage to and loss of movable and immovable property of the owner must be immediately reported by the users and reimbursed to the owner.

8. Guests must follow instructions from the owner.

9. In the event of violation of these General Terms and Conditions and inappropriate behavior, the owner can deny and/or refuse guests access to Bed & Breakfast “Domaine Le Marouby” with immediate effect, without further notice and stating reasons and without refund of accommodation costs. .

10. The owner's administration is decisive in the event of a mutual disagreement unless the users can prove the contrary.

11. Guests of Bed & Breakfast “Domaine Le Marouby” must adhere to the House Rules below.

12. SARL Lemon Oak 2 is the owner and its director is the manager of Bed & Breakfast “Domaine Le Marouby”, hereinafter referred to as manager. The manager can be replaced.

2. Reservation and confirmation

1. No additional costs will be charged for booking a stay at Bed & Breakfast “Domaine Le Marouby”.

2. The rental agreement can be entered into verbally, by telephone, in writing and by e-mail.

3. After receiving your reservation request, Bed & Breakfast “Domaine Le Marouby” will send a confirmation (provided space is available) and the reservation is final.

4. Our reservation confirmations refer to these General Terms and Conditions.

3. Payment to private individuals

1. The accommodation costs in Bed & Breakfast “Domaine Le Marouby” must be paid via the payment provider when booking, via bank transfer or in cash (exact money) upon arrival.

2. The rates can be found on our website, at the front of the house and in the rooms.

4. Business payment

1. The accommodation costs in Bed & Breakfast “Domaine Le Marouby” must be paid when booking. It is not possible to pay this upon arrival. It is possible to pay by invoice upon consultation. These invoices must be paid within 7 days after confirmation of the reservation.

5. Key B&B

1. As a guest you will receive a key to the B&B. You must return this upon departure. As a guest, you are responsible for correctly closing the entrance door to the B&B and your room.

2. Loss of the key is at the expense of the contractor (€ 100) and will be paid in cash or afterwards by invoice by the contractor upon check-out.
