Cancellation and no show (no show = not coming without cancellation)
1. If you are unexpectedly unable to comply with the rental agreement entered into, you must report this to us as soon as possible so that we can still offer the vacated date to third parties.
2. In the event of cancellation and no show, the contractor pays compensation to the manager.
3. This compensation consists of:
1. Cancellation is free of charge up to 3 weeks before the rental commencement date.
2. In case of cancellation within 3 to 2 weeks before the start date, 50% of the amount is due as compensation.
3. In case of cancellation within 2 weeks on the day before the start date and no show, 100% of the amount is due.
4. The amount already paid for the reservation, minus the cancellation fee owed, will be refunded to you via the same payment method used for the booking.
